Our team has experience in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Pervasive Developmental Disorder – Not Otherwise Specified, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Intellectual Impairment, Sensory Processing Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome and Learning Difficulties.

We work with families to develop individualised treatment plans to create child and family-centred goals to improve skills in areas including:

  • Attention: following instructions, concentration, impulsivity

  • Behaviour Management: emotional regulation, anxiety

  • Fine Motor Skills: cutting, pencil control, tying shoe laces

  • Handwriting: letter formations, handwriting speed, sentence generation

  • Gross Motor Skills: balancing, ball skills, postural control

  • Sensory Processing: sensitivity to noise, difficulty sitting still, disliking certain textures

  • Executive Functioning: planning, problem solving, memory, organisation

  • Social Skills: making and maintaining friends, communication

  • Self Care Skills: toileting, dressing, feeding
